Easy Chicken Salad
- Chicken Breasts - 5 Cups
- Red Grapes - 1 1/2 Cups
- Paleo Mayonnaise - 1/3 Cup
- Stalk Celery - 1
- Fresh Parsley - 2 Tablespoons
- Dijon Moustard - 2 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
