A delicious muffin. Paleo friendly. Is there really anything left to say?
- Almond butter - 1 cup
- Almonds - 1 cup
- Full fat coconut milk - 1 cup
- Shredded unsweetened coconut - 2 cups
- Large eggs - 3
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Raw honey - 2 tablespoons
- Paper muffin liners
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
